This one is actually terribly difficult for me to part with as it's pretty much the definition of what I love. @_@ My favorite shade of pink, rainbow-coated white lacey bits, soft gold accents... yeah. I cannot wait until I am making real-people-size clothing because this will be one of the very first designs I revisit.

This dress combines my favorite top from the Long Layered Dress with the skirt from my least-favorite dress, the Halter Neck. Doesn't it just totally change the entire look of things? :la: Now instead of some cleavage-showing beachy sun dress it's a cute cottage chic piece with adorable cap sleeves. Yeah, take that, design!

GraniteFire helped me decide the stripe order color. I was originally going to leave it with no stripes - pink all the way down and white lace on the bottom. But it seemed like "not enough". So then I was going to do all white stripes, but then the gold was totally left out. Sweet GF helped me put together the final result.

Size 11 and 15 glass seed beads in super awesome rose petal pink, rainbow-coated white, and gold-lined semi-transparent white. Threaded together entirely with pink Japanese One G nylon. Uses brick and herringbone techniques with a hint of RAW at the tips.
