This one isn't all that hard. ^_^ You just need a bigger bead and some smaller beads, and some wire. You wrap the large bead in smaller beads using the center of it, and then you make the ends... which are a little bit more complicated thn just running the wire in circles. XD

That's all one piece of wire, for the lines along the candy?

Yup! It's looped around the middle bead so that both ends of the wire are used to make the 'wrapper'. One side is made longer than the other so that it can go all the way around the middle bead several times. :)
